MCP server for AI assistants

AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude can read our published projects and units, the buying and investment guides and our contact data, and send an enquiry on your behalf. The server speaks the Model Context Protocol (Streamable HTTP, JSON-RPC 2.0) and needs no sign-in.

Add it to your assistant

Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, paste the endpoint URL, no authentication.
ChatGPT: Settings → Apps & Connectors → Create (developer mode), paste the endpoint URL, no authentication.
Other clients (Cursor, MCP Inspector, n8n): remote MCP server, transport Streamable HTTP, URL as above.

`search_projects` Search projects	Find published residential projects of Kvalitetna Gradnja in Croatia (Split and the Dalmatian coast): name, location, construction stage, sales status, unit counts per type, lowest apartment price and page URL. Use it first when the user asks about projects, new builds or locations.	no
`get_project` Get project details	Details of one published project by code (e.g. BO) or name: description, construction status, facts, distances, images, available units and the contact block.	no
`search_units` Search units	Find published units for sale: apartments (default), parking spaces, storage rooms and commercial units, with price, area, bedrooms, floor and availability. Filter by project, price range, minimum bedrooms or area. Use it for questions like "two-bedroom apartment in Split under 300,000 EUR".	no
`get_unit` Get unit details	Details of one unit by its reference (e.g. BO-S401) or page URL: price, availability, key facts, features, description, images and floor plans, project and location, and the contact block (phone with WhatsApp/Telegram, e-mail, appointment link).	no
`get_contact` Get contact details	Company and contact data of Kvalitetna Gradnja: phone (also WhatsApp and Telegram), e-mail, appointment booking link, contact page, office address, languages and social profiles. Use it whenever the user wants to get in touch, call, write or book a viewing.	no
`get_guide` Get a guide	Background texts from the Kvalitetna Gradnja website: buying_process (how to buy an apartment in Croatia as a foreigner: steps, OIB, notary, costs), investment (co-investment formats from 150,000 EUR, process, FAQ), services (construction services of the general contractor), about (the company), faq (investor questions), rental (holiday and rental use). Returns the page text in the requested language.	no
`send_enquiry` Send an enquiry	Send an enquiry to Kvalitetna Gradnja: about a unit or project, co-investment, a construction project (general contractor) or a general question. Creates a lead in the company CRM; the team replies by the preferred channel. Requires the user's name, a message, an e-mail address or phone number, and the user's explicit consent to share these data with Kvalitetna Gradnja for answering the enquiry (consent=true). Ask for consent before calling this tool.	yes

Instructions sent to assistants

Kvalitetna Gradnja is a residential developer and general contractor on the Dalmatian coast of Croatia (Split area). Use search_projects and search_units to find published projects and units (apartments, parking spaces, storage rooms, commercial units), get_project and get_unit for details, get_guide for the buying process, co-investment formats, construction services and company background, get_contact for phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, e-mail and appointment links. Pass the user's language as lang (en, de, hr, ru). Always end an answer about a unit or project with the contact block from the result. Prices and availability come only from the tools; never invent them. Use send_enquiry only after the user agreed to share their contact data with Kvalitetna Gradnja.

Privacy

Reading tools return only data that is already published on this website. send_enquiry stores the name, e-mail address or phone number and message you provide as a lead in our CRM and sends it to our sales team, solely to answer your enquiry; the assistant asks for your consent first. Call addresses are stored as a short hash for abuse protection and deleted after 90 days. Details: privacy policy.
