MCP-Server für KI-Assistenten

KI-Assistenten wie ChatGPT und Claude können unsere veröffentlichten Projekte und Einheiten, die Leitfäden zu Kauf und Investment sowie unsere Kontaktdaten lesen und in Ihrem Namen eine Anfrage senden. Der Server spricht das Model Context Protocol (Streamable HTTP, JSON-RPC 2.0) und braucht keine Anmeldung.

In Ihrem Assistenten hinzufügen

• Claude: Einstellungen → Connectors → Add custom connector, Endpunkt-URL einfügen, keine Anmeldung.
• ChatGPT: Einstellungen → Apps & Connectors → Create (Entwicklermodus), Endpunkt-URL einfügen, keine Anmeldung.
• Andere Clients (Cursor, MCP Inspector, n8n): Remote-MCP-Server, Transport Streamable HTTP, URL wie oben.

Kvalitetna Gradnja is a residential developer and general contractor on the Dalmatian coast of Croatia (Split area). Use search_projects and search_units to find published projects and units (apartments, parking spaces, storage rooms, commercial units), get_project and get_unit for details, get_guide for the buying process, co-investment formats, construction services and company background, get_contact for phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, e-mail and appointment links. Pass the user's language as lang (en, de, hr, ru). Always end an answer about a unit or project with the contact block from the result. Prices and availability come only from the tools; never invent them. Use send_enquiry only after the user agreed to share their contact data with Kvalitetna Gradnja.

Lese-Tools liefern nur Daten, die auf dieser Website bereits veröffentlicht sind. send_enquiry speichert den Namen, die E-Mail-Adresse oder Telefonnummer und die Nachricht, die Sie angeben, als Lead in unserem CRM und übermittelt sie an unser Vertriebsteam, ausschließlich zur Beantwortung Ihrer Anfrage; der Assistent fragt vorher nach Ihrer Einwilligung.
