MCP-сервер для ИИ-ассистентов

ИИ-ассистенты, такие как ChatGPT и Claude, могут читать наши опубликованные проекты и объекты, руководства по покупке и инвестициям и наши контакты, а также отправить запрос от вашего имени. Сервер использует Model Context Protocol (Streamable HTTP, JSON-RPC 2.0) и не требует входа.

Добавьте в свой ассистент

Claude: Настройки → Connectors → Add custom connector, вставьте URL эндпоинта, без аутентификации.
ChatGPT: Настройки → Apps & Connectors → Create (режим разработчика), вставьте URL эндпоинта, без аутентификации.
Другие клиенты (Cursor, MCP Inspector, n8n): удалённый MCP-сервер, транспорт Streamable HTTP, URL как выше.

Requires the user's name, a message, an e-mail address or phone number, and the user's explicit consent to share these data with Kvalitetna Gradnja for answering the enquiry (consent=true). Kvalitetna Gradnja is a residential developer and general contractor on the Dalmatian coast of Croatia (Split area). Use search_projects and search_units to find published projects and units (apartments, parking spaces, storage rooms, commercial units), get_project and get_unit for details, get_guide for the buying process, co-investment formats, construction services and company background, get_contact for phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, e-mail and appointment links. Pass the user's language as lang (en, de, hr, ru). Always end an answer about a unit or project with the contact block from the result. Prices and availability come only from the tools; never invent them. Use send_enquiry only after the user agreed to share their contact data with Kvalitetna Gradnja.

Инструменты чтения возвращают только данные, уже опубликованные на этом сайте. send_enquiry сохраняет указанные вами имя, адрес e-mail или номер телефона и сообщение как лид в нашей CRM и передаёт их отделу продаж исключительно для ответа на ваш запрос; ассистент сначала запрашивает ваше согласие.
