Work is steadily progressing on our Modern Villa in Poljica, a project that combines minimalist architecture with the serene Mediterranean landscape. The structure has now taken full shape, and the harmony between clean lines, natural materials, and the surrounding greenery is becoming more and more visible.
Recent construction phases included concrete works, façade preparation, and exterior detailing, setting the foundation for the villa’s refined contemporary character. Large glass openings have been installed, framing stunning views of the mountains and the lush countryside, while connecting the interior with the peaceful outdoor environment.
As the finishing works continue, the villa is gradually revealing its final form — a sophisticated retreat that reflects both modern design and the timeless charm of Poljica.
