Life by the Sea: Our Project in Kaštel Sućurac
Kaštel Sućurac has that special Mediterranean charm that can’t quite be put into words. In this setting, our new project took shape – two contemporary residential buildings right on the seafront, designed to blend comfort, aesthetics, and a deep connection with nature.
The Idea and Inspiration
The vision behind this project was to create a modern yet authentic living space in Kaštel Sućurac – a place that preserves the spirit of Dalmatia while meeting the needs of today’s lifestyle.
The architecture follows clean lines, open terraces, and large glass surfaces that invite sunlight and bring the sea into every room. Each apartment tells its own story – from cozy one-bedroom units perfect for couples, to spacious penthouses ideal for families seeking a peaceful home by the coast.
