1-Bedroom Apartments with Two Layout Variants
This category combines the compact 1-bedroom layouts of the project and is organised around two closely related floor plan families: Plan 1A and Plan 1B. The lower and entrance-level units range from 33.62 m² to 33.92 m², while the upper residential floors offer enlarged versions with 42.69 m² of closed interior area.
Each apartment is designed around one bedroom, an open living area with integrated kitchen, a bathroom, and an outdoor extension through balcony or lođa. The units are distributed through the residential floors and suit both holiday use and year-round coastal living.
2-Bedroom Apartments from Family Layout to Duplex Penthouse Living
This category includes the standard 2-bedroom layouts of the project as well as the upper duplex penthouse units. The lower and middle levels range from 57.86 m² to 66.05 m², while the upper residential floor offers layouts of 57.21 m² and 57.58 m².
