Situated first row to the sea in the peaceful coastal village of Krilo Jesenice, our project Biser Obale (“Pearl of the Coast”) is steadily taking shape.

This is where our latest residential building is coming to life — a project fully developed and executed by Kvalitetna Gradnja, from concept and investment to construction and materials.
We have officially started the excavation phase, and the work is progressing smoothly and right on schedule. Even now, it’s easy to imagine how this place will soon become something exceptional — a perfect blend of modern architecture, high-quality construction, and the relaxed spirit of the Adriatic.
The Biser Obale project is planned for completion in late 2026 or early 2027. It will feature a six-story modern building offering panoramic sea views from every apartment. Each unit has been carefully designed to provide maximum comfort and privacy, with plenty of natural light and breathtaking views of the crystal-clear Adriatic.
Located just steps from the beach, the property offers direct access to the sea while maintaining a peaceful and quiet atmosphere — an ideal balance between privacy and proximity to the lively coastal towns of Omiš and Split, both only a short drive away.
