Our latest investment takes us to the beautiful coastal town of Rogoznica, known for its crystal-clear sea, peaceful atmosphere, and authentic Dalmatian charm. There, we are developing two modern residential buildings – currently in the excavation phase – and we’re proud to share that construction work is progressing excellently, right on schedule and with great enthusiasm from our team.
One of the buildings will remain under our company’s ownership, while the second is being developed for an investor. Both are designed with a strong focus on build quality, functionality, and long-term value – the core principles that define all of our projects.
